Who is Waypoint?

I’m Allie Ellenbogen and I started Waypoint to help organizations gather meaningful feedback in ways that lead to clearer decisions and more actionable insight.

Over the last 15 years, I’ve worked across organizational strategy, feedback initiatives, and implementation-focused projects helping teams navigate growth, change, engagement, and complex internal dynamics. My work combines thoughtful survey and feedback design with collaborative interpretation and practical, implementation-oriented analysis.

I’ve supported projects ranging from employee engagement and organizational change work within professional services firms to community feedback initiatives, audience engagement strategy, and customer experience conversations for founders, creators, and small businesses. Across all of this work, I’ve found that the most useful feedback processes are not just about collecting information — they’re about asking better questions, creating thoughtful participation strategies, and helping people make sense of what they learn in ways that feel practical and sustainable.

I’ve led end-to-end insight and assessment projects across more than 50 departments, supported organization-wide data culture initiatives, and managed complex cross-functional projects and implementation efforts. My experience includes surveys, focus groups, interviews, facilitated discussion processes, qualitative analysis, and other mixed-methods approaches designed to help organizations move beyond assumptions toward more meaningful understanding and action.

I currently live in Raleigh, North Carolina with my husband and two young children. Outside of work, I enjoy baking, practicing embroidery, and spending time outside with my family.
